I got a call back within minutes and the salesman went thru the whole process from viewing the machine and getting a quote on it – I must say the experience was flawless. They had other excavators I was interested in, but I just got convinced this was the one based on my requirements. 12 days later and I get to test the machine here at my place and it was beautiful.
