Super awesome service. Mike came in on his day off to get me and my wife out of a bind and get us into a nice, used car (Nissan Xterra). Their warranty is pretty good for the cars they sell and Mike was super helpful, friendly and realistic with his help in selling us this car.

Highly recommend these guys! Purchased a 09 Dodge Journey from them with ease. All of their cars were very clean and well priced. Buying a used car can be scary, but they went above and beyond to ensure we were most satisfied with our purchase. We noticed that our new (to us) car needed breaks shortly after “as is” purchase. They not only apologized for missing this before the sale, but also changed the breaks and rotors two weeks after purchase free of charge! They even washed it for me!!! H&L Motors has restored my faith in used car dealerships and I would definitely come back to them in the future.

Employees were nice, but had a frustrating experience. My roommate came in to test drive a car, was told it was on hold for someone else, but filled out the paperwork anyway in case it was still available. We were told they would call the next morning. By 1pm we didn’t hear anything, so my roommate called to see if the car was still available. We were told it was, so my roommate asked if they could come in to purchase it and about how long the process would take. We were told that we should hurry to come in because their accountant would be leaving early that day. We rushed to get to the dealership from our home 30 minutes away. Once there, my roommate was told that our financing was not completed as told the day previously, that the bank may not get back to the dealership until tomorrow. We are very frustrated to have wasted so much time and gas. Communication was not the best.

Mike was wonderful! The car we chose had a vibration issue and they took care of fixing it for us and even assisted in the shipping of the car so we wouldn’t have to pick it up. FYI 8 hours is a long drive. We would recommend you check them out and give them a chance. You won’t be disappointed!
